The Battle of Crete (2023 invitation)

On the occasion of the historical anniversary of the Battle of Crete, the United Educational & Cultural Committee of Cretan’s Associations New York & New Jersey invited Dr. Despina Afentouli to be the keynote speaker of the event on “Women at the Battle of Crete”. The event took place at the Archangel Michael Greek Orthodox Church in Port Washington, NY on May 21, 2023.
